メイクは、自分を外に繋げるために必要なことであるとは限りません。確かに、出かける前に完了させないといけないタスクのようになってしまうこともあるでしょう。けれども、１人の自由な遊びで、1人を整えることに楽しみを見出せるのであれば良いものです。この後の予定のこと、遊びの約束のことに思いを巡らして、その時々を面白がる姿勢そのものだとするなら、自分の内にも外にも繋がっていける。それは、なんてフィールアップなメイクアップになるのだろうと思います。
What exists within the time spent applying makeup?
Makeup isn’t necessarily something required solely to connect with the external world. It can indeed sometimes feel like a task that must be completed before going out. However, if we view it as a form of personal, creative play, a way to prepare ourselves, it can become something enjoyable. Thinking about upcoming plans, anticipating moments of fun, it becomes an attitude of finding fascination in the present. If we consider it as a way to connect with both our inner and outer selves, it can become a truly uplifting form of makeup.
